Are you Adelaide-based, and do you work outside Adelaide?
We're based in Adelaide, South Australia and operate 100% remotely and digitally. That means we look after Adelaide small businesses as a local, while also servicing clients anywhere in Australia without on-site visits, paperwork or delays.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work in Xero as the central financial system, integrate Square for point-of-sale and payments, and use Deputy for rostering and timesheets that feed directly into payroll. Xero is the only platform we run in, but we can support whatever POS or payroll system you already use.
Do you lodge my BAS or give tax advice?
No. Reconciled Story provides bookkeeping services only and does not provide BAS, GST or tax advice. We prepare clean, coded, BAS-ready financial data and hand it to your registered BAS agent or accountant, who handles lodgement and compliance.
How much does it cost?
Weekly plans start from $99/week for sole traders (Essentials) and range up to $449/week for established businesses (Premium). All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST. Xero, Square and Deputy setup and historical cleanup are quoted separately.
